If you are referring to the circumstance in the Pittsburgh Semi-Final, you will find that Ray Fogerlund played strictly in accordance with the rules. He stated in advance he was not playing 'legal moves only' -- which is, actually, more in accord with the current ABT rules than the policy of those of us who do choose to play 'legal moves only'. His opponent, Bill Calton, has publicly stated on this forum, and probably elsewhere, that he had absolutely no problem with Ray's action -- it was, at the end of the day, Bill's mistake.

Ray may be many things, he has his faults -- we all do. He is a fierce competitor. But he is categorically not a cheater and, though he may occasionally bitch and whine, he always plays fairly and within the rules.

If you want to go after somebody then go after the real cheaters. There are plenty of them. We've all seen them and their activities.
