Perhaps you missed this post and this one.

Please read the posts carefully; they are not a blanket approval for posting 0-ply rollouts on this site. However, I believe that for early game rollouts (other phases of the game would have to be researched), 0-ply rollouts of significant length are much more useful than 2-ply rollouts of inadequate length.
