In Response To: Research on the Rules (Bill Riles)

The rules are very clear for sure. But, if a player does not want to take advantage of a rule even it is his 100% right in a case, i believe that is his right to do so. Because i cannot think of any bad intention for such an act (specially in elimination formats).
