Anyone else care to opine (and hopefully attempt to justify)

I would split. I wouldn't hit because I just don't like to put a checker deep, leaving a direct shot, weakening coverage of the inner board, when 13/8 24/20 mixes things up well enough and improves the outside distribution. I do hit and split as a reply to opening 41S (following Dean Muench 1985), but the current position is more favorable for a simple split.
I don't like 13/8 13/9 because it's usually wrong to make a pure building play early on against split back checkers. Here, if White misses he may anchor with 21 32 65, and if he does neither, I have more building power but don't yet have a huge threat.
I don't like 24/15 because the upside seems too small--coming around the corner into an outfield doubly indirectly covered; not doing too much to promote contact while I have a stronger board.
All plays involve some duplications (considering White's 5-point-making plays to be "duplicated to hit") so that's not a major consideration for me.
