Of the non-slotting fourth deuces I like 13/11 best by far. I guess that's also better than 8/4* 6/4 7/5 because after 13/11, opponent has far fewer favorable hitting variations (half as many ways to hit--and any hit increases the survival index; more numbers to hit and cover), while 13/11 puts on plenty of pressure.
