okay, the new player is female so mary will pay 20 of the entry... her name is Benita and she is really tall, oh but there is one stipulation. Either her or I must be allowed to stay in our room at all times to watch over her sick father....

On a more serious note, maybe you can consider not charging extra for college students when they sign up later then, in your tournaments example, may 16th. I realize you probably do it for logistical reasons but it can be tough sometimes for many of us college students to mail off a deposit weeks in advance because our budgets are a bit tight (the price of raman noodles went up!!!).
