The choice is running to the 16 or slotting the 7. Since White would rather hit from the 2 than hit from the 11 I'll play to the 16. The game plan is to dominate the outfield, keeping his runners where they are while white's board crunches.

Slotting the bar point is great when it works, but when he hits it's basically game over. When he hits from the 11, he still has the problem of how to extricate his two runners. bar/16
