I'm surprised to see so many people voting for 13/7; I thought 13/7 was the QF play. I'd certainly play bar/16 OTB. The number of shots is close either way, and if we're missed then bar/16 seems significantly stronger, giving us outfield control and forcing White to worry about her blot rather than forcing us to worry about our blot (which is what would happen if we slot our bar point). Plus, if we're hit after 13/7 then we seem to be in much worse shape than if we're hit after bar/16; White will have partially escaped in addition to hitting us.
