I don't quite agree with this. Although my play was 13/11, I don't think it's quite obvious. My guess is that if we weaken the opponent's board still further, then at some point 7/5 will float to the top. Strengthen it a bit and 18/16 will win out. It's worth playing around with variants, I think.
