In this case if you force a player to play legally then the 6-3 was legal (despite being really bad - I can't challenge it), it would then be my turn and if I make any roll - I win.
I guess a question I have is this. If you are on roll and no matter what you roll would take off your last man (for a win) - is a refusal to bearoff a legal play? I'm under the assumption it isn't because all legal plays would have the man taken off.
