1. I think Blue should be able to take this. Though White has a four-point board, and Blue has another blot, Blue owns his 5pt and White's back checkers are unsplit. Blue should be able to enter relatively easily and there are many ways for White's attack to fizzle out. Also Blue is not that far behind in the race and has chances to prime White. White's advantage in position and race should make this a double. D/T.

2. The race seems close enough that I think Blue should hold the prime, blocking White's 6's and giving White a number of rolls that force her to break her board. 6/2 5/2.

3. Ahead in the race, it's thematic to race. Also, threatening White's blot is something of a distraction. 24/21.

4. The 5pt is tempting, but so is creeping up with 24/23 and hitting, which should give us a cube if White dances. Our timing is poor for a priming battle, but still, the 5pt is the 5pt. Any hits will be a lot more potent with our 5pt made. A difficult choice but I make the 5pt.

5. Hmmm...so maybe I got #4 wrong. Anyway, here I think it's more important to cover and not get hit back than to make the 5pt. 9/1.
