Having the builder on the 11pt (for 6s to cover or hit back on the 5pt), I like W (Wild, bar/21 6/5), especially versus a weaker player. One might think of this move as a standard 61P-21$ but with a beneficial 3 (played 24/21) thrown in for good measure.

My second choice is V (Variant-up, bar/21 24/23), given Opp's stripped 8pt. Two other plays worthy of consideration are B (Both, bar/21 11/10) and U (Up, bar/20), in no particular order.
