unfinished game

I'm sure you could construct a situation where it is legitimately unclear which player conceded, but I have never seen it come up in practice, that's for sure. Maybe we could ask Jake, since he seems to have seen everything at least once.

In the stated example, where 63 is rolled and then the players shake hands without the dice or checkers being touched, I do not think there is the slightest room for dispute about who conceded to whom. If this situation is ambiguous then so is everything.
