What percentage of the time in live play would you say that someone rolling 63 in the given position will actually wind up lifting both checkers up, place them off the board and then lift their dice before the players start resetting the board for the next game?

If you're saying that someone could claim both checkers were not borne off in accordance with the rules, you are correct. If you're saying that such an appeal, if made, should ever be upheld, we disagree.
