Norway Open is cancelled because of legal issues

Yes, the way I understand it golf tournaments with prizes are allowed, because golf is a sport. Whereas BG is not as we are not organized through the Norwegian Confederation of Sports, the umbrella organization for the different sports' federations. We have tried to join, but were rejected, along with chess and bridge. Which, at least as far as Chess is concerned, is a bit strange as long as The Norwegian College of Elite Sport allows chess students.

So, at the moment we are stuck being a lottery in Norway...
