I think the hit and dance are usually market losers by a decent amount giving about 97% win chance when cash at about 94%.

Even if a cube were to be efficient it can only have a limited amount of value when you are cashing at about 94%. Also an eventual cube after the immediately safe play could very well be efficeint also.
