1) Early action. Screams for blitz. Put “Two on Glue”, 13/7* 6/1*

2) Have to make 5pt. Opponent board and structure solid on other side of board. Can’t get hit. Don’t like giving 6’s after making 5pt now. Bring (2) down from midpoint to be directly pointing on 5pt with 6’s, if opponent steps up with a 4, it is direct 6 firing range, play also blocks running 6-4. Slide (2) down to 10pt.

3) I fire on 3pt. 13/3*. Hate the ugly play14/8 13/8. Seen bot make this play. Cant bring myself to it.

4) Pay now pay later decision. (2) down from mid leaves me 4’s less 2-2 & 1-1 and the 6-1. 15 rolls. I’ll wait, have some good sequences on next roll. I kill it from 8pt and pray.

5) Up 21 pips and on roll. Not an easy clear 7 away from nearest point. Can play behind for a bit. Opponent has (4) checkers on mid- point and my 5pt. Still have work. But the race, race !!!. Not clear on dbl. Easy take so maybe my double will elicit a blunder drop. Hmmm. Think I’ll have a taste of my 15 yr old Mcallan Scotch and quit this quiz. Cheers
