Take a break from competition. Read a good backgammon book (if you still like reading), if possible a book on one of your weakness areas* and don't play until you have finished it.

*If you still haven't found your weaknesses, first find them. For instance I am weak in EPC assessments and related cube decisions, I know that and the next book I read will be on this topic (BTW, are there any suggestions?).
