Simul dice tourneys for Norway?

Backgammon players of almost any level beyond sub-novice know that Petchie is right, that giving the same dice to all the matches would prove absolutely nothing at the end of the day. But it might make a difference to the Norwegian lottery commission, and so permit the tournament to run. It might be worth a try! But the logistics of such an event would be a major challenge. By that I mean it's hard to come up with a system that isn't either slow as molasses, or makes it a cheater's paradice...er, paradise?
I like the idea of a phone app that sends the dice rolls out to each table, but there are problems with that--if the table next to you is ahead by a roll, you may notice what was rolled without intending to. Or your opponent may notice because he did intend to! Or the player next to him is in collusion with him, and signals what the rolls will be. Yeack! I'm glad I'm not trying to direct an event like this.
If the gaming commission doesn't like dice at all, the numbers being sent to the phones could be generated by a computerized RNG. How that differs from real dice would not be clear to me, but it might make a difference to the government poohbahs.
