Coming out with all 3 gives you some checkers to play in the upcoming turns and still keeps pressure on the position overall. If you play the stuffy 20/4 next turn you have nothing to play ... I try to avoid plays where in the upcoming turns I will no choice how to play my rolls, I will be at the mercy of my dice, and I need something to play.
