Dr. Doug Zare, in 2006, studied Hank Youngerman's online matches and concluded that Hank had consulted with Jellyfish. Doug said that all strong players make occasional blunders and whoppers, but Hank never did. The online player who never screws up is probably a cheater.

So I'm guessing the new breed of cheaters will take all this on board and make the occasional blunder...
