Very difficult. It just doesn't seem right to break the 6pt. If that is correct then 23/18 is forced. Then the next question is whether to leave the remaining 23pt blot where it is. It looks to me that the extra contact is worth the risk of getting attacked; if we play 23/18(2) then we're putting all our eggs in one basket. Then finally we have to decide whether to leave the 18pt blot there. It doesn't seem to gain much to leave it there; what are we hoping for exactly? I think White will hit with 61 or 62, and 65 is a horror for White in any case. On the other hand White's 3's will hurt a lot.

Bar/20 23/8. And if that's a whopper then at least I can say Neil got it wrong too.
