It's certainly nowhere near too good because of your open 5pt and your opponent's strong board. Will you hit loose if White enters on your 5pt? If not, White is right back in the game because you will still probably have to get your back checkers around (and maybe clean up residual blots) at that point. If you do hit loose and White hits back, then you're in a lot of trouble.

For late blitzes like this one, I've found that it's important to visualize the likely outcome after the position stabilizes, and that it's not enough to count points and checkers in the zone.
