9 numbers are fully blocked, and quite a number of other partially blocked

I don't feel these are that bad. [61 66] being completely blocked play fine, keeping the 6 prime. Sure, they open us up to being hit and possibly breaking down the line but our opponent's position isn't so fluid so I don't see these roll as much of a problem. The same goes for some partially blocked numbers such as 51 and 31.

Everything else you said seems pretty accurate though and I would almost always cube this OtB without hesitation.
