GNUbg Eval button settings

The defaults for those buttons (0,1,2,3,4) are all hard coded. Pruning is On, Filter Normal, Cubeful Chequer Evaluations On, No Noise. If Analyzing a Cube decision, the Eval buttons denote the ply level for cube analysis. If analyzing a chequer play the eval buttons denote the ply level for chequer analysis.
