BG ruling opinion

Someone is shaking his dice cup feverishly and his hand slide away from the top of the cup accidentally releasing the dice into the air and towards opponents face. Opponent with quick reflexes deliberately protects his face by raising his hands to bat away the dice. The dice are both deflected right onto the center of the board and not cocked.

I'd say intentional deflection had random results, and the roll stands in this case.
