1) Make the 5 point. 8/5 6/5. I'd consider making the ten point or moving the runner up, but I like making the 5.
2) Run to the 13 20/13. We're ahead in the race, he'll have to spend his next roll consolidating his outfield blots. We can probably skip the second runner out of there.
3)The obvious play is to make the 12 point and bear in a checker from the 8. This makes a point 7 points away from his anchor, which should be easy to clear. The other play I'd consider is 16/8 - this leaves a 9 to hit (4/36) with good counterplay if he does, and doesn't make a point that we'll have to clear. It also gives more chance to hit if he tries running the spare off the anchor, meaning he'll be crunching his board rather than running the spare runner around the board. So I play 16/8.
4) 20/36 hit and almost all of those win. Numbers that don't hit lose almost all the time - maybe 10% wins after missing the double shot? But if blue cubes here, those misses become cashes, so his GWC is only about 55%. Not enough to cube IMHO. Clear take for white. ND/T.
5) 13/9(2) to block the runners, and then 22/24 to escape a checker. The doublets put blue ahead in the race, so run for it. Making the 5 point with 13/5(2) looks playable, but I think we're better off blocking 4s and 5s than making the 5 point. 13/9(2) 22/14
