The won gammons are not a big concern, the won backgammons are not a concern at all, and by playing 6/4 we get the possibility of pre-clearing the 6 and obtaining a very safe bear-off for the price of 2 (+3 if we pre-clear) shots while containment is not great yet. The later risk of a more awkward bear-off against a well-timed ace-point game seems higher to me.

Well, that was the DMP analysis. Now I notice that the few lost gammons are super-costly, and maybe that could tip things in favor of 7/5 7/3. I'll go for 7/5 7/3 ATS.
