A fine point. What about the cube at -5-3 Is the bar point slot better for containment purposes than the gold? I guess HERE YES. What about timing? Both gold and barpoint (if they form) will be one-day flowers, but the bar point may somehow survive to get a DIRECT shot, while the golden point even if it survives will get probably only an indirect 8away shot. I can only bla-bla, but I really don't know. Don't know. The first backgammon bots were given a rule: if you are in doubt, move the back checker.
