Falafel is 6/5 Favorite In Finals Against Steve Sax

Let's assume, for example, that Falafel plays at 1.5 and Steve played at 2.5. Both of those are entirely possible. Can someone tell me what the true odds of the match would be if that assumption were correct? Would the odds be the same if Falafel played at 2.5 and Steve played at 3.5?

Would this person who is willing to give 6/5 odds also be willing to bet that Falafel will beat Steve's PR by more that 1.0?

By the way, I am giving 6/5 that the winner of the match will have the higher luck factor.
