Can't get XG add a move function to work

I found something interesting. If I change to French Regional Settings and try to use the Add Move feature, when I enter the move I get different characters than what I type. Maybe the people having an issue with this are using a Regional setting other than English? If so I would consider testing as US/English (Control panel/Regional and Language Options).
