How often does blue fail to bear off in three rolls? I'm not seeing very many, so this looks like an N-roll position with N=3. This gives blue about a 79% chance of winning (a bit less due to the few sequences that don't bear off in 3 rolls). White's takepoint is pretty deep here due to the match score, and the few ariballs give a nasty recube, so I think it's a take. D/T
