in XG, if you got to the match summary (menu windows>>Match summary) it will show mwc next the equities.

in GnuBG go to the menu Analyze>>Match or session statistics and the mwc are also following the equities.

Now the question is mwc a better indicator than normalized equity?

Imagine the following, i play a 3 point match.

  • game 1, i make 5 blunders of 0.200 equity each over several move so i gave away 9.95% mwc
  • game 2 and 3, we both play perfectly
  • game 4: DMP, my opponent makes a 0.200 equity mistake giving away 10% mwc

Using mwc it will say i played better than my opponent while i makes 5 blunders and him only one!
