Yes, making a 3rd anchor would be really nice and also result in a backgame that is almost always going to be well timed. The problem is that bar/23 8/5 or 13/10 may result in White being able to attack on his 1 and 2 pts, but often that attack won't work so well, and even if it does work, Blue retains a 5-3 backgame.
