I agree.

This is also supported by the KISS-method. Winner played better, with one exception. If the player himself lost, then the winner was more lucky.

On a more serious note about finding better player. I think plays should have difficulty multiplier, so blunder in easy play should affect more than blunder in tough play. Sorry totally forgot who's idea this originally was.
