IMHO that could be the "quick" answer once match analyzes are commonly done at way above the set level. As the more the set early ply fails, the more complex the position.
I see one problem with this possible way, us humans and silicon fail at different problems. Silicon, XG being top of the chain, can play atleast blitzes, holding-games and bear-off way better than most of us.
Better but atm very long way, due to huge amount of available positions, might be analyzing human play from some huge database of played matches from some site that saves matches. Then categorize mistakes and how often they appear at set PR categories.
The more common the mistake at higher PR level, the more punishment of such.
