Installing GnuBG without Administrator

I seem to recall that GNUBG needs admin privileges to install but not admin privs to run. I assume what you are seeing is the UAC prompting you for admin name/password when trying to do the actual install?

I'll have to look into why we need such privs during install. If I can get an installer built that can be installed as a regular user I'll contact you via email.
