Ask yourself which bot is stronger and you'll help answer this question since Blue's plays are forced from here whereas all the skill is from White's side. This is the sort of position where XG2 may outplay XG1 (or maybe not) but where it is very likely that a RO with a power setting like XGR+ outplays a RO using just 3 ply play.

The readers who aren't cubing here need to take a deeper look at this position and note how difficult it is to escape that 5 prime and that it is difficult to hold together a 4 pt board. That 5 prime results in an attack and may end up as a 2-7 pt 6 prime as well. Looks like a technical pass to me.
