copying and pasting position id

Hover your mousepointer exactly to the left of the line that says "XGID=...".
The pointer should change from an arrow to a cursor mark. Now hold down your left mouse button and drag across the entire line so it turns blue. Make sure it's only that line that is blue. Let go of the left mouse button again.

Now either hit Ctrl+C or right click somewhere on the line you just marked and choose copy. Open XG and choose "no action" and then either hit Ctrl+V or go to File, Import, Position from clipboard.
