13/7* still looks clear to me. You are behind in the race so you want to hit; 13/7* is not ideal because of the returns, but if it works you have a great offensive position; and if you delay with 8/2, you may (1) not get a shot; (2) not hit it; and (3) if you get the chance to hit, 8/2 will have hurt you offensive position a lot.

And yes, Safe vs Bold Criteria say that you can play bold if that furthers your game plan.
