Pythagorean theorem says that DC = sqrt(5^2+8^2) = sqrt(89), DB = sqrt(5^2+10^2) = sqrt(125), and BC = sqrt(8^2+10^2) = sqrt(164).

Law of cosines says that BC^2 = DC^2 + DB^2 - 2*DC*DB*cos(angle BDC), so solving for cos(angle BDC), we get cos(angle BDC) = 0.2370, so angle BDC = 76.3 degrees.
