I'll go with NRD/T for now.

If white is all borne in, instead of having two in quadrant 2, then the reference for me for blue to redouble is one checker in quad 2 and 3, and race must be close at least. So, after some checker transference, and minor accounting for awkwardness / benefits / tiny amount of extra gammons for blue / of white holding his own bar, then I think I like very small NRD/T.
