Your opponent has 6 crossovers until he starts to bear-off. I think it is unlikely you'll win a gammon, even if you bear-off two checkers now, so I would play safe here, clearing both 6pt and 5pt.

If you had more checkers off or/and he had more crossovers, so you could win more gammons by bearing off two checkers, I would play 6/off(2).
