2*(2) seems right - we already own our ace point so purity is out the window. covering the 11 pt blot seems better than making the 7 as it escapes a back guy and adds a "safe" builder. the game plan is to attack. with white in the air, claiming with the cube doesn't seem too far off. making the 7 looks to prime which will be too hard with 2 of our checkers locked on our ace point.
