When behind in the race you must favor contact. Therefore hit!

The real question is: hit loose with 8/4*, risking 14 almost-deadly shots but keeping a more flexible distribution and the possibility to close a full prime, or pick-and-pass with 7/4*/3, which leaves only 6 deadly shots + 4 escaping numbers but a more awkward distribution?

I vote for 7/4*/3 but I'm not sure.
