6.) Currently, the 3rd checker on the deuce is inert and will play no part in the "zone of activity". With regards to cube action however, the significance of the 3rd deuce explodes into life.

7.) Regardless of how infrequent positions of this nature are unlikely to occur; the fact that they will requires a precise definition.
