The Keith Count would say RD/P, but the Keith Count isn't always reliable with such a short bearoff. White will usually be off in four rolls; she can afford one miss. Not all doublets work, but most will. Blue doesn't need doublets necessarily to get off in three rolls; again he can afford one miss. Thus I would judge Blue's chances to be better than the Keith Count indicates, and would evaluate this as RD/T.
