Shifted anchor from 21p to 22p

In Response To: Double 4's to play (Timothy Chow)

This problem surprised me a bit, but then I came to conclusion that holding a 21p makes difference. As long as Blue owns an anchor at 21p, he doesn't need to be in panic or go for big.�@He can calmly sit down there and try to contain or race. (ScottyK's opinion helped me)

I shifted an anchor from 21p to 22p.

If you shift to 23p, now calm play would be a blunder.
