Some crunched numbers

That is a strange definition of dominance to me. Suppose two golfers both were -12 and the field was well back. They would both socre well on that proposed dominance metric. But how can one be dominant if someone else was just as good?

I also wonder if rules regarding making the cut have been consistent.
