I guess I didn't state it plainly enough. You haven't provided enough information to answer these questions. Further assumptions are needed. Why are you asking? Just out of curiosity, or do you have a specific application in mind? If you have a specific application then it would help to describe it, so that we can fill in some of the unstated assumptions in a plausible manner.

By the way, Bob—very nice, of course! I should have seen that argument right away.
